StudyAbroader is a member of SIMI Swiss (Swiss Information and Management Institute) implementing international study programs. In collaboration with its appointed partner, the London Academy of Sciences, we are committed to delivering high-quality international education programs that comply with current legal standards and regulations.

Our policies are designed to ensure the rights and responsibilities of all stakeholders, including students, partners, and participating institutions. These policies not only govern academic service delivery but also clearly define responsibilities, obligations, and disclaimers related to the learning process and program administration.

At the same time, we uphold transparency and data privacy, providing continuous support to students throughout their educational journey across global campuses. StudyAbroader’s and its partners’ policies are built upon the principles of legal compliance, student rights protection, and adherence to international standards in education.

About StudyAbroader

  • StudyAbroader specializes in organizing SIMI Swiss study abroad programs at global campuses. It serves as the official service implementation unit of SIMI Swiss (Swiss Information and Management Institute).
  • StudyAbroader is not a study abroad consultancy but rather a member of SIMI Swiss that is in charge of facilitating study abroad services for international students enrolled in programs at the SIMI Swiss global campuses.
  • The website Studyabroader.com serves as an informational platform about study abroad information and support.

Principles of StudyAbroader’s Advisory and Service Delivery

  • Provide complete, accurate, and transparent information regarding academic programs, tuition fees, admission requirements, and associated services.
  • Ensure there is no confusion or misinformation concerning study opportunities and qualifications.
  • Prioritize the quality of education and student experience above all else.
  • Deliver continuous support services throughout the entire learning journey, from enrollment to program completion.
  • Safeguard student privacy and maintain the confidentiality of personal information.

Student Responsibilities

Students participating in programs organized by StudyAbroader, SIMI Swiss, the Partner University(ies), and their appointed partners (hereinafter referred to as 'We' or 'Us') shall be responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and obligations to ensure an effective and successful learning experience. Specific responsibilities include:

Compliance with Regulations
  • Students must comply with all rules and policies set forth by Us, as well as the laws of the host country.
  • Students are required to fully meet academic obligations, including course content engagement, class attendance, assignment submission, and timely program completion according to the prescribed schedule.

Provision of Accurate Information
  • Students must ensure that all personal, academic, and supporting documents submitted during the application process are complete and accurate.
  • Any changes to personal details—such as address, contact information, visa status, or financial status—must be reported promptly.

Timely Payment
  • Students are responsible for making full and timely payments of tuition fees, service charges, and any other applicable or prescribed costs.
  • Students are also liable for any additional fees incurred during studies.

Active Engagement in Learning
  • Students are expected to take initiative in participating in academic activities, research, and skill development as required by the program.
  • Students should actively collaborate with lecturers, academic advisors, and support systems to address challenges during the learning process.

Respect for the Learning Community
  • Students must show respect toward lecturers, staff, peers, and the academic environment at global campuses.
  • Students must refrain from unethical behaviour, academic dishonesty, unauthorized copying, or any actions that negatively impact the learning community.

Protection of Institutional Reputation
  • Students shall not engage in any conduct that may harm the reputation, credibility, or integrity of Us.
  • All communications and information shared about the program and institutions must be honest and appropriate.

Personal Property Management
  • Students are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings throughout participation at global campus or program locations.
  • Students must comply with regulations regarding the use of institutional facilities and equipment.

Proactive Verification of Program Information
  • Students are encouraged to actively research and verify all program-related information, including curriculum content, tuition fees, entry requirements, and study duration.
  • Students must confirm the recognition status of the qualification in the country where they intend to work or pursue further studies.
  • Unclear information should be clarified directly with StudyAbroader or its partners before enrollment.

Acceptance of Risk and Force Majeure
  • Students acknowledge and agree that We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations arising from or caused, directly or indirectly, by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, civil unrest, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Confidentiality of Information
  • Students must comply with policies regarding the confidentiality of personal data and academic materials.
  • Students must not share internal documents or program-related information without prior authorization from Us.

  • We make every effort to promptly update any changes from our partners and stakeholders and to notify students immediately when necessary adjustments arise.

We does not make commitments or assurances regarding matters outside our scope of management and authority, such as:

  • Visa or residency permit outcomes.
  • Recognition of qualifications in other countries, which is subject to the regulations of each country and receiving institution.
  • Decisions or changes made by third parties, including universities, accreditation agencies, or local governments.

  • We shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, delay, or disruption arising from or caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or changes in third-party policies.
  • We do not warrant that all program information shall remain unchanged following the point of consultation, we shall make reasonable efforts to notify students of any updates or modifications as soon as practicable.
